To those of you who frequent this website, you may have been surprised at the number of changes made recently to this site.  Within the past few days and weeks, we have made quite a few changes to our website.  For those keeping score, here's a recap:

• The weekly parsha column has been updated on a regular basis.  Our goal is to have information about the upcoming parsha available by Monday evening. 
• A photo gallery has been added.  Members had been requesting a means to see photos in a more controlled manner, rather than see only one randomly chosen photo each time a page was loaded.  In addition, some members who had pictures of their own were looking for a way to contribute to the website without the hassle of emailing the pictures to me.
• The random photo item in the top-right corner of the home page has been removed.  Now that we have a photo gallery which already displays a random picture from within the gallery, the "Random Photo" was no longer necessary.
• A new poll has been started.  We've had the same poll on our website since the major redesign in September 2009, so now, I'd like your opinion about our photo gallery.  Please, don't be shy.  And while on the subject of polls, the actual poll has been moved from the bottom of the right-hand column to the top of the column, where it should be more visible to our visitors.
• In addition to the photo gallery, we've added the capability of displaying rudimentary web forms on our website.  Currently, there are two forms in use, both related to the upcoming Pesach holiday.  Shortly, you can expect to see more forms becoming available.  All this is intended to make this website more interactive and responsive to the needs of our community.
• The announcement of the birth of a daughter to Larry and Dana Horwitz will be followed shortly with additional information, including the baby's name and hopefully a picture.  Look for a special section of our website dedicated to local announcement in the days and weeks to come.
