Mazel Tov to Rivka and Rabbi Galperin

On Thursday, the Jewish community celebrated the bris of Rivka and the Rabbi's son.  During the ceremony, the name of the baby, Menachem Mendel was announced.  Mazel Tov to the Galperin family.
