Keep in mind that, because this is last year's interview, the Rabbi's references to prayer times (near the end of the interview) are not applicable this year.  This year, Sunday morning services begin at 8:30am (not 8:15), and Friday night services begin at 7:00pm (not 6:45).  You can always find accurate Friday and Saturday davening times at the top of our website.
