There is no question that Rabbi Galperin, wife Rivkah, and their darling children have brought a new sense of life and vitality to the Jewish community of Windsor.  Their efforts at creating a Chabad house for the Jewish students at the University of Windsor have made a lasting impression on some of the school's alumni, and the story has now gone international.
